• Any request for exchange or refunds, the items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, and they must be returned within 7 days from the date when the items are delivered.
• If the refund is approved, it will only be the price in the invoice excluding all related delivery costs.
• If the items are faulty in anyway, notify us as soon as possible with proofs, and simply send it back to us within 7 days. When approved, we will send the replacement at no cost to you. It is important to inspect the items as soon as you received them.
• When you receive the wrong items to what you purchased, contact us as soon as possible, return the items to us (at our cost) and we will send the correct items at no cost to you.
